Point Clear Studio Policies

Providing the best customer service is our priority. We respect your time and ours. There are policies at Point Clear Studio that need to be followed in order to have a satisfactory experience every time. We appreciate your understanding.

A $50 deposit is required upon booking any initial permanent makeup and medical micropigmentation services as well as for permanent makeup touchups. This policy is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. We require 48 hours' notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In failure to do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee that is equal to your deposit.

A credit card is requested upon booking any injectable or massage therapy service. We currently do not ask for a deposit upon scheduling. We require 24 hours' notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In failure to do so, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment in most cases, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This is in an effort to prevent unfair delays to additional clients. Please plan accordingly, as you will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged the full cancellation fee. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advance notification of late arrival.

We do not provide refunds for any reason as this is an elective service. We ask that you be respectful to our staff. We have the right to terminate any existing client at any time without a refund.

If you have previously had permanent makeup done by another artist and fail to notify us in advance before making an appointment, we reserve the right to refuse service. We also require a clear picture of the previous permeant makeup treated area prior to your appointment

Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantee will be made, and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less-than-desired outcome as each client will heal differently. It is your responsibility to follow all guidelines in order to achieve the best results. Please refer to our FAQ and aftercare instructions to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.
